Interested? - Proper Workplace Communication
The workplace consists of diverse professionals with varied skillsets, education, and competencies. It is common to work alongside individuals who are much different in views of proper communication, even generational differences. However, successful organizations ensure all individuals are aware of effective communication skills and learn abilities to navigate in any setting. This virtual course will teach individuals how to identify their own communication styles, but also learn specific strategies, tips, and rules to connect with others verbally and orally. Individuals will leave the course with more knowledge to increase team productivity, and also avenues for building relationships with colleagues.
